Deer Ridge is canine and feline friendly! <br /><br />We do have a pet weight limit of 70 pounds for&nbsp;1st floor apartments and 50 pounds on the 2nd and 3rd floor. We also have breed restrictions. Some of the more common restricted breeds are Pitbull, American Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepherd, Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Akita and all `Bully Breeds', which includes the Bull Terrier, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and the Miniature Bull Terrier. This list is not all inclusive. In addition, any mixed breed cannot be more than 50% of a restricted breed.<br /><br />The monthly fee for one pet is $35. For a second pet, the fee is $15.<br />There is an additional pet security deposit of $250 due at lease signing.
